FAQ

Quick answers to the questions we get most. Pricing-specific questions live on the pricing page.

Do the AI players cheat?

No. AI counterparts play from their own role briefs — public context, private goals, constraints, and style. They don't read your private goals, your case file, or your coach conversations. Your coach, by contrast, is on your side and does see your goals — that's its job.

What happens if the AI service goes down mid-run?

The run blocks visibly. You'll see a blocked state with retry, and for AI seats the option of a human takeover. We never fabricate an AI decision, a turn resolution, or coach advice to paper over an outage — if something looks like an AI move, an AI actually made it.

Are turn outcomes decided by the AI?

AI plays the people; the engine plays the referee. Turn resolution, action legality, scoring, and goal completion are deterministic or explicitly evidence-backed, and the debrief shows the reasoning.

Is my content used to train AI models?

No. Content sent to our AI providers to power gameplay is processed under API terms that prohibit training on it, and we don't sell your data. Details in the Privacy Policy.

Who can see what I do in a run?

Participants of the run see your display name, your shared messages, and the materials you share with them. Members of your organization can see that the run exists. Your private goals and coach conversations are not shown to other players.

Can I delete a run?

Yes — runs you own can be deleted from the runs manager. Organization administrators manage shared simulations. For full account deletion, email info@tailoredai.solutions.

Are the built-in scenarios real?

They're grounded in public source material where noted, but all gameplay numbers, constraints, and outcomes are fictionalized. Scenarios are training exercises, not statements of fact about real organizations — and nothing in the product is professional advice.

Do I need a credit card to try it?

No. The free trial is granted automatically at sign-up. You only add a card when you buy a pack.
