Building scenarios

The built-in library is a starting point. The builder turns a situation you actually face into a playable scenario — generated by AI, edited by you.

Generate from a description

Open the builder and describe the situation: who's at the table, what's contested, what a win looks like. The generator drafts a complete template:

  • Roles — public briefs, private goals, constraints, resources, and behavioral styles for each seat;
  • Starter materials — the briefs, contracts, and memos players begin with;
  • Relationships — who trusts whom, and how much;
  • A scoring rubric — the categories the debrief grades against;
  • Art — a background image and role portraits.

Edit before you play

Everything the generator produces is editable: tighten a role's private goal, swap a starter material for your own document, adjust the turn limit, or rewrite the rubric. The scenario doesn't go live until you save it.

Run it

Saved scenarios appear in your library next to the built-ins and support the same modes — solo, multiplayer with your organization, or full-auto. Full-auto is a quick way to watch a new scenario play out and spot tuning problems before you bring teammates in.

What generation costs

Scenario generation uses AI credits from your balance like any other AI work — text actions for the template, plus image actions for the background and portraits. See Billing & credits.
